So yeah, Maruschka (as she's actually called) was very nice and blonde, though she had a black eye and some guy on crutches was hanging around in the room to let. I didn't ask. It was a ground floor apartment though and I lived on ground floor before, it's not nice. Cold & dark comes to mind. Also horrible horrible bathroom.
Next sighting is on Tuesday and this one seems great, it's right around the corner, 28! whooping square meters on 7th floor and the guy was very friendly and funny on the phone. They're looking for two persons to take over the whole flatshare actually. So I called back black-eyed blonde Maruschka and asked if she would want to move herself. But for some reason she likes it down there. Oh well, can't be helped. I guess finding a homeless girl won't be so hard once I have a flat.
