You could also try to split your mod into smaller pieces or create a torrent.

As dumb as it may sound, you might also try Fileplanet. I can't remember if there's a size limit, but they've still got my first two TDS missions up, I think in their non-GarrettLoader forms.
(man that was a while ago, I really ought to finish and release something....)
