John-p used an IBT Patcher. Maybe he knows how to patch not only textures, but also skeletalanimations...maybe.
John didn't create the IBT patcher, it was written for him by someone else and if I'm not mistaken, that person hasn't been around for a few years.

Plus, not using JohnP textures requires no ibt shrinker. Using JohnP and the ibt shrinker results in having no JohnP textures at the player's PC (unless he had them beforehand) which is basically like the first version just more complicated. And you don't need to shrink animations, they're just a couple of kbs...

Hi,
I have solved the IBT Problem. But it requires me to exit thief using alt+F4 instead of the normal way. Anyway, almost all IBt Files are done and I'm using some guy's OldQuarter.unr to make rain.
Bye,
Tony.

Might look a bit strange when only the main map of OldQuarter had rain. :p I didn't notice any serious performace drop, though.

Perché hai un catorcio di calcolatore. A te la briga di tradurre, non faccio manco 'sta fatica...

Just a word of warning, if you're going to use that poor water drop emitter and duplicate it a thousand times - this is a sheer waste of processing power.

Also, you're packaging your mod for release. This is not the time to be adding new stuff to it!! Especially since your mod hasn't been thoroughly tested by the community yet. Leave well enough alone and package the thing up. :D

Two things:
One: That was a joke! I'm not going to put someone's FM in my MOD, of - course not! :)
Two: This is to Massimilianogoi: What are you talking about. Speak a language I can understand (which is: English, Dutch, German, Ethiopian-Amaharic, and MSN language).
Don't worry people. By the way: I have a name for my MOD: "Ayalew-T3DS-MOD".
Bye,
Tony.:p

Hello,
Patchwise isn't working properly: When I click "build update program"it takes 15 minutes to build it, but all I get is an "empty" executable file of barely 18kb. An MOD of 200MB can never (not even in the far future) be compressed into 18 kb, and 15 minutes is too long for 18 kb. My diagnosis: It didn't safe the changed files, just created them and than dumped in the midle of nowhere. Anyone with experience with Patchwise (free version): please help!!!
This mod work is getting VERY annoying...:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Bye,
Tony.

Don't worry Tony, it wasn't for you. I'm glad you use my modified emitters :D Try to put them less than possible, maintaining a realistic effect. I'm sure it will work greatly.
