It's a separate program called Virtual Gamepad, it let's you program your own custom control scheme for any game you're running on the tablet. I use a similar one called Gestureworks on my Surface Pro.

I've updated the description with the information about the tablet i've used to test Thief 2. It's no Surface Pro but it's still pretty good as it is :) I'll test The Dark Mod and Thief 3 next.
