... exam.
Just thought it'd be a good time to wish demagogue luck on that little quiz he's taking tomorrow.
Now stop studying, relax, and kick ass. If you haven't learned it by now, you probably don't need to know it. ;)

All the best, demagogue.

Best of luck demagogue! dob
If there's anything TV has taught me, it's that a case that cannot be resolved with a dramatic and/or lighthearted conclusion in 48 minutes allowing for 4 commercial breaks of 3 minutes each is a case not worth getting out of bed for. Remember that when you shave your chin stubble every morning.

Good luck demagogue!
You've given me some solid advice in the past; it's obvious you haven't missed your calling. :thumb:

Ok just remember that in Kramer vs Kramer the scene between Hoffman and Streep in the restaurant was filmed on location in New York City at JG Melon's on 74th and 3rd. There is now a framed still from the film on the wall next to the table where the scene was shot.
Now go get em!

So that's how he learned to make such long-winded, rambling posts.

Kick asses and take names, dem (then sue the bastards, later, for emotional distress.)

Thanks for the thought, all.
I hate to be the bearer of awkward news ... but I have officially postponed my taking the exam to the February test. My supervising prof loaded me with a big project which leaked into the summer and I didn't have any choice but to finish it (funding related), but I really was convinced I could finish it and study for the Bar at the same time, and in the last month it's become increasingly obvious that Bar competes with nothing! And I just hadn't left myself enough time to devote exclusively to it.
So I had to make the tough decision to postpone, tough because it was one of those cost-benefit things ... maybe I could have passed anyway (because I had been studying a lot) but I didn't like taking the odds and I like doing things by the book (I basically cut the textbook studying approach in half), so I made the decision to do it right if I'm going to do it at all, and the postponement has been granted now. I didn't really acknowledge it here before because it's sort of embarassing, and anyway I wasn't really sure if the postponement would go through; it's not guaranteed, but I know now.
So hold these thoughts for me for February. I'm a little frustrated; check that; I'm extremely pissed off, but I don't really have an object to be frustrated at since I don't know how I really could have gotten out of the situation ... just unfortunate circumstances. But I'm keeping the faith that it will all work out. It's just an annoying bump in the road.

Well in that case, fuck you.

You probably would of failed the exam, good choice.
