Dafydd...the diamond is on top of a piling near the area of the small footbridge. As for coins...that's the building near the small house that has the wooden ledge in front, inside the Westgate area. It's on a corner and you need to lockpick that door to get inside. I only found one small pile, not many scattered so maybe I need to go back there myself and check some more! :D Ta and Good Hunting!

You must have found the
diamond because it's out in the open. The scattered coins is considered as one object, so if you got the loot from the water pump building, then there is no reason to go back in. That building has an entrance on both sides.
As far as the ghosting, I actually added things to make it ghostable, but forgot that one thing. I don't know if turning off the watchers and lights is against ghost rules.

Sometimes I don't realize how hard my FM are because to me I know all of it. One exception is that sometimes I forget where I put loot. :p In the future I'm going to make my FM easier on Normal so that it can be played better.
The lady in the beginning gets teleported out, so the lady you saw was probably one of the prisoners if she gets killed.
I have done almost everything but where is the armory?? I must be daft - can't find it! Need some rope arrows to find loot.... this was a great mission with some interesting areas to search. All around good fun!
Nightwalker on 26/2/2004 at 14:49
It's
in the prison building, where you start the mission. I missed it to and had to go back and look for it. I think it was off of the back hallway where you find the ring behind the banner, though I'm not positive about that.
Well I'm at Jeni's pad
with her ring in hand but she is just snoring away. Where do I leave it?
I can't drop it anywhere...
drop it in her bedroom on the floor.
Thank you :D Just follow Nightwalker down to the armory.
It's actually worth going in there even if you don't need anything. There is a rope arrow in there with a ponytail. :p
It's perfectly fine to turn off lights and watchers... however, unless there is some secret trick here, it's not
possible to do that in the foyer without drawing a yellow alert from the watcher first. I sure couldn't find any way to the room with the watcher switch other than passing through the foyer into the offices on the right -- and the act of entering the foyer cannot seem to be done without the watcher going yellow for a moment... which is a ghost bust.
(There is another type of gameplay called "supreme ghost," where you're not allowed to put out any light (including torches or lamps) or turn off any watcher... but that's not germane here.)
Here are the current, official rules for ghosting:
(

Under article B,
Commentary and Interpretation of Ghost Rules, section 5, "Examples of Alerts," under the heading "Examples of second level alerts that bust the ghost include but are not limited to," we have the following:
Quote:
Watchers go "yellow".
Also, in article A,
Ghost Mode, we read point 9:
Quote:
No loot cheats or walkthroughs are allowed -- a point of honor that cannot be enforced.
So my ghosting was busted on two accounts: watcher went yellow, and I had to use a loot list to find enough loot to finish the mission.

John, thanks but I can't seem to release it from my inventory. I am at the right location am I not?
Jeni is asleep on her bed upstairs?
She looks a lot like Katie though....
Nightwalker on 27/2/2004 at 00:03
bobber, are you using the "R" key to drop it?
bobber on 27/2/2004 at 00:10
Doh! I was using my right mouse button to use it on something. Thanks again Nightwalker!!! :o
