A few questions... - by Feenix007

1. I met a Marcel somebody in Vivec on the middle level of the first building you see and the Argonian in the shop near Marcel wants me to get rid of him, well I talk to Marcel ask him to leave, nothing, I reload and threaten to kill him, nothing, I bribe him to 100%, nothing, I threaten him to 0%, nothing. Do I need to do something or kill him or find something?
2. I killed a Netch awhile back, and afterwards it said it was a breeding Netch, does that mean anything? It was a loooong time ago, I don't really feel like going all the way back there if it doesn't matter. Nothing too dramatic has happened since then, BTW.
Any help would be appreciated. :)

1) I assume you mean the annoying fool that the enchanter asked you to get rid of...
You need to talk to cassius curio in the hlaalu canton(should be in curio manor) he is writing some kind of play and is looking for actors... he should give you a book with a sample of the play. After you've talked to curio, go back to the foreign quarter and talk to the theater guy again. He should thank you for finding him work and he'll leave. Then the enchanter should give you some kind of enchanted weapon (not very impressive at all, I found like 30 of them throughout dungeons and I usually don't even bother to pick them up)
2) I don't know anything about any breeding netch's... but there are mating kagoutis, and those are part of a quest. Not an important one, but still a quest... in one scenario, you end up killing them anyway, so you can still do that quest... if the kagouti's are what you meant... if they are netch's, I'm gonna have to go exploring some more, :p

When I went to some crappy island town west of vvardenfel, I remember someone talking about breading netches. But, I wouldn't worry too much about them. I doubt its anything important, and for sure they won't help you slap dagoth Ur

The breeding netch (two, actually) are part of a tiny quest in the smugglers village on the west coast. As usual, the name escapes me.
