Hey all i just have a few questions that i would really appreciate an answer to.
1. Im a nightblade what house do you think i should join and what vampire clan after done with house and other factions?
2. Should i continue through the temple or are the quests even worth doing?
and 3. I am a level 4 Nightblade but i can handle myself pretty well do to a cheat i found for xbox so that i can heal myself if i really need to(thought it kind of takes away from the rpg atmosphere) so i was wandering what shortblades would be good to go after?
My current weapons are:
Dwemer Jinksword
Shimsil
Daedric Waikazashi

I would suggest either joining House Telvanni or House Hlaalu. Basically you have to ask yourself if you value stealth or magic more. Telvanni=magic, Hlaalu=Stealth. When becoming a vampire clan member join Aundae=Magic or Berne=Stealth the only disadvantage of joining Aundae is that their headquarters are so far away from civilization. The temple is worth doing up to a point but after a while the shrines are just tedious. And don't plan on being a Berne vampire if you're going to complete the temple because they ask you to wipe out a bunch of vampires in Galom Daeus, the Berne Headquarters. Some other nice shortblades are Saints Black sword or something like that, Ebony shortsword, and eventually Keening.

In my humble opinion (IMHO) -
Nightblade is a magic specialised class so you should specialise in this and then choose the odd faction to compliment your 'stealthy' side as such you should join the following -
1. House Telvanni - the great wizard lords.
2. The Morag Tong - as it states in the manual a lot of nightblades become assassins.
You should also consider -
1. The Mages guild - the Telvanni hate them and vica versa but if you fancy improving your arcane skills you may well like to join them but be prepaired to do a lot of bribing.
2. The Theives guild - The Morag Tong suits Nightblades much better but if you want to improve your stealth skills even more join these guys.
The Temple and Vampires -
As already stated if you continue with the Temple quests you wont be joining the Berne vampires - you'll be killing them - so join the Aundae which to be honest will suit you far better IMHO.
The Daedric Waikazashi is a very good short blade but may i suggest the VERY nice Daedric Tanto.
