I've beat the game and all guilds except 2 which I cannot finish because of glitches [I'm playing on an xboxliveless xbox360] and now I want to do the stuff I haven done. I am wondering where can I become a vampire and I am wondering what's the biggest soulgem you can get because I want to enchant some of my equipment but the highest I've been able to go is something about 24 fire dmg before the gem runs out.

I'm assuming that you haven't gone far in the Dark Brotherhood guild, because quite soon into it you get offered to become a vampire.
