Apparently these clips play in the middle of a Japanese TV show of some description, but the (http://www.techeblog.com/index.php/tech-gadget/incredible-machines-from-japan#more-1433) contraptions are compelling to watch. All made from various household objects.

If I have to hear one more "Pitagorasuichi" I think I'll strangle myself with my own intestines.

My reaction was about the same. SOme of the thingies were quite cool and ingenius. But the music made me want to jab an icepick in my ears.

Might be a good idea to make use of the volume control then. I didn't hear sound as I was watching it at work.
