Good picture. As far as it being an embedded image, however:
a) It's far too big
b) there's a lot of fucking in it, with the dongs and the titties etc

A history of the western world, anyway; other cultures only appear once they become relevant to that historical narrative. It'd be cool to get people from different parts of the world to put together similar pieces and see how they match up.
It's pretty neat. Anybody know who the artist is, and where it came from?

It's all theoretical, but yes.
In short: as the human brain (and intellect) grew and the pelvis narrowed to accommodate upright walking, human offspring became increasingly reliant upon their parents. Natural selection therefore favoured those babies whose parents had a strong emotional bond. Emotional bonds being reinforced by (i) face-to-face intercourse and (ii) female orgasm, the missionary position being the best way of achieving both of these.
