Could there be any way to use this bill to hypothetically persecute spam-bots and people who make spam-bots and the dude who made the MAKE MONEY BY POSTING LINKS ON GOOGLE webpages and POP-UPS and so on and so forth? "Coerce" "harass" and "substantial emotional distress" SOUND FAMILIAR KEVIN???
Not that this bill will ever pass. It's time we stop trying to regulate the internet and start letting the internet regulate us.
