bacteria that never makes me sick, i might add... infact, its constant presence probably boosts my immune system. my good food bacteria fights off all the bad germ bacteria. i have a veritable army of beard-bacteria on my side, fighting the good fight
ubiquitous bacteria won't make you sick... it's infections bacteria and virii you need to watch out for

Disease aside, it's not a happy thought to imagine degrading bits of food in someones long beard.
