stupid f*cking scientists, playing with nature again
there is an order to things that should not be disturbed.
it angers me that that article didn't even mention the potential environmental and quality of life problems with having a population that large. all they were concerned about was the "social and socio-economic problems"
it's too bad the world is going to be shitty for my grandchildren's grandchildren to live in :erm:
i'll never use any technologies like this, i want to die when it is time
If so, then it'll be 'time' when you are 32. You're almost to the finish line.
Also, you'd have what, a 20% chance to survive to the age of 5?
People don't naturally live to an average of 75, mmkays?

i think about this a lot too... but in 50 years time... will you & me even care about video games at all?? much less ones from 10 or 20 years ago ...
who knows
Someone asked me this 20 years ago, and I told the this:there are some games I will probably play forever. I do still play a lot of old games. New games tend to be quick plays, but the older ones get lots of replay. I imagine as long as I have hardware capable of playing a few staples in my game rotation.....they get attention

Yeah seriously. The next time you catch a cold don't get medicine for it. Once it becomes an infectious ammonia and you feel death's shadow, reread your post and realize that your time has come.

Besides, all you need to do really is take a trip to ohio or some midwest states to realise how baren the land is and figure out what the real capacity might be.
Where do you get the idea that the land in the midwest is barren? It's row after row of food to feed the world - at least presently. Global warming may change all this.

This is both ignorant and hilariously stupid at the same time!

Is there a non-ignorant variety of "hilariously stupid"? And don't say, "Yeah, you", because then you're at least partially complimenting me.

That's what my mom said!
