I have maya 4.0 unlimited and 3dsmax version 7.0, I also have softimage somewhere the hl2 version but it don't work on my monitor. non are installed at the moment so I can't check them, then again nor is thief 3 installed, my harddrive isn't big enough.

MAX 5.1 components are mostly source compatible with 6, but not binary compatible. Max 6 components are binary compatible with 7. I have both 6 and 7, and a dev environment set up. I can recompile the plugins for both versions if I have the source code, something which would be great for me and others on the forum
I'm willing to sign NDAs and/or work with someone who has...
