This looks extremely cool and I'm delighted to see that people are still building full-size campaigns for TDP. Here's hoping I have time to play it over the holidays!

I finally have some free time ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) mission 1 complete.

I've not read anything to avoid spoilers, so skipping straight to comment. Is the smoke supposed to do something to spiders? In the readme it says "It is also said to be an efficient critter repellent" however in mission 5 when the chest gives me a smoke bomb, it seems to do nothing to the yellow spider. Nor it's larger buddy.

It's supposed to, but it proved to be unreliable in that specific spot. :(

Playing "The Black Parade" has been an absolute delight.
The intricacy and brilliance of the level design within this Thief campaign are nothing short of extraordinary. Each environment, from the long-forgotten mortuaries to the labyrinthine mansions, embodies a level of intricacy that borders on the sublime.
The meticulously designed new enemies and creatures, with their unique behaviours and animations, feel both fitting and refreshingly challenging. They truly enhance the gameplay experience without detracting from the established Thief universe.
The readables and texts within "The Black Parade" are very well-written and interesting to delve into. Most of them are neither too long nor too short, just perfect in size. Whether through subtle hints, familiar phrases, or directly linked narratives, some of these texts pay tribute to the lore created by classic Thief authors such as Melan, Purah, and Sperry. I really appreciated that.
Hume, the central character in "The Black Parade," stands as one of the most compelling and resonant fictional personas I've encountered. His journey, laden with tragedy and complexity, has transcended the confines of a digital realm to become an inspirational force in my personal life. For that, in particular, I want to thank the authors.
All in all, "The Black Parade" is the best Thief fan mission campaign that I have ever played.

Do you though?
Yes, I replay Thief every few years. Do I find the loot I missed? Usually not, but I'm with sub-res: I like knowing that it's there.

WOW!
Going slowly through 'The Brand', towards The Manor.. Down in the sewers, the terror is real!
Passed by the corpse, throw a hammer at it to check if it is a zombie, nothing happened. No groaning, nothing. Shortly after, on my way back, the corpse was gone and all that was left was pool of blood. Oh man. I stood there with my back against the wall for a good minute, waiting for something to jump at me. I met it later, deeper in the sewers, that hooded motherf***** with evil eyes, and i bashed it with my sword. What a sequence!
This campaign is spectacular!
Levels, intros, voice acting, story, mood, atmosphere, moment to moment gameplay.. A masterpiece!
I am enjoying it immensely.
This must have been an enormous amount of work and an epic journey.
Congratulation to The Team and here is one big 'Thank you'! (and love and hugs and some more thank you, you are awesome)
Epic stuff!

Finished, 14 hours total, wow!
The very end was a bit of a let down (Bleak Parade amirite? :p), but doesn't change anything about what a masterpiece this was, made it to my top 5 campaigns of all time
