hey guys.
1. so i'm just starting the main quest, but the orc person isn't at the mage's guild. maybe I killed her earlier?? so what's the console command to reset the npcs??
2. where can i buy the spell that adds to my attributes? (i have azura's w/ golden saints, want to make rings w/ + to strength)
3. where can i buy the spell that takes the enemy's life and adds it to mine??? (dia-katana w/ life leaching)

1) You really should search the board before asking this question; it's a common malady w/ her. Search on her name.
2) As long as you have just one 'fortify attribute' spell, you can fortify any attribute. That being said, try Amarie Charien in the Moonmoth Legion fort outside Balmora
3) Absorb Health is a fairly common effect; try Aunius Autrus in Sadrith Mora, Wolverine Hall: Imperial Shrine.
