So the earth is used to pulse at approx. 6 octives below 'Low C' on a standard 88 key piano. It is much faster now and is continuing to speed up meaning time as we know it is also speeding up and once it reaches a certain point, the earth will have a switcheroonie in our magnetic field. Our DNA will go from 2 strands back up to 10, the 4th and 5th demensions will become visable as our life frequency will begin to merge with those higher of the other demensions, we will evolve 20 times faster in this time period, we will have the technological knowledge to create a new time table, we are closer to our most evolved state, we notice time goes by much faster, and all that hubba jubba.

I don't know if that is all said in the above articles but it may be true. look at earth and how un-finished it is. We can't end it in 5 years. 2012 is simply another turning point. A land-mark. The end is not near, the beginning of peace and harmony is though.

On a vaguely more scholarly note, the only reason Dec 21, 2012 came to be 'the end of the world' is because that's when the Mayan calendar ends. You know, the same way our calendar ends on Dec 31. It's just that the Mayan calendar is almost 26,000 years long because it accounts for the (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Precession_%28astronomy%29) precession of the equinoxes. Since it's such a long period, people assume it's the WHOLE calendar, instead of just an iteration.

what they imply using the word "talk" is nothing at all what we think of the word. Communicate, perhaps talk in a sense. We all have a spiritual language which translates to body language. Before we ever learn our humanly language we have other means of communication. I can talk to a bush with my mind, tell it a story, and the bush could pass it along to anyting/ anyone. Of course you don't tell it the story in english. You tell it the story in your spiritual language. Haven't you heard of the story of 'The King of Toko Toko'?

Animals, plants, anything that has life can communicate with us. Rocks... Chairs... Retarts... We have to learn to listen though. Prepare yourselves. You are all doomed if you don't. Like being an alien in china. you think you're at home, but you can't understand anything about the place!
