2008 TTLG Mock presidential election. Poll included - by io organic industrialism

And of course, how many people voting in this poll are even eligible to vote in the US presidential election?
Anyway, so far these numbers are surprising - McCain seems like a far better candidate than Bush, so the fact that he's getting half of his numbers is kind of sad. Did all the conservatives leave? Is this just because Obama isn't nearly as lame as Kerry?

Hey this job is referred to as "leader of the free world" and I live in the free world so I demand my say!

Personally, I thought Obama bitch-slapped McCain in the first debate--pushing me from a half-hearted Obama supporter to a full fledged, sign waving activist.
I was surprised to hear from the "liberal-media" that John McCain did well during the debate, though Obama may have edged him out.
And this coming from a life-long registered Republican...no more, can't stand the bastards!

Well I used to support Obama, but you know, Sarah Palin's nomination has really turned my view around, convinced me that maybe the Republicans know what's best for... oh who the hell am I kidding. Pardon me while I vomit. :eww:

Too many of you voted for Obama. If he becomes president, I am moving to Japan.

Um, you do realize that many aspects of Japan are more socialist than anything Obama would implement?
