Obama advertises in Burnout paradise. I read about this probably a week ago (when linked in irc) but to my knowledge this the firsts its been confirmed.

I'm not quite sure what to think of this. I like Obama but I dispise in-game advertising, there needs to be somewhere that people can go to escape things like this. I hope it proves fruitful for Obama (as fruitful as advertising can be) but I really hope this doesn't become a common theme. Its less bad for a candidate I support, but if I had to see McCain/Palin advertisements in a game I'm pretty sure I wouldn't play it, and I imagine there are those who feel similarly about Obama.

You know a lawsuit being commenced is no guarantee of any of the alleged facts being close to true, right? It looks like a fishing expedition and a timewaster, frankly.
