1. You must get bitten by a vampire. Or you can get the disease by searching a vampire's corpse repeatedly.
There are some serious disadvantages to vampirism, so it pays to be prepared! Also, after a certain point in the main quest, it will get more difficult to become a vamp.
Read the (
http://www.uesp.net/morrow/quest/mw_qvampire.shtml#vampireinfo) UESP vamp intro for some initial pointers. Don't look too far down- there is a quests walkthrough, which you may want to skip if you like surprises.
2. I don't think so. Perhaps you happened to kill Crazy Batou? This message appears after you do that, but it doesn't matter- it got left in the game by mistake, apparently. Batou has nothing to do with the main quest.
3. Not without using the console.

No, she said it's more difficult; you need to get a bunch of "Weakness to Common Disease" (I think that's its name, anyhow) potions/spells/etc on you, then you can catch vampirism.

Just wondering if this was ever fixed in a patch. It seems everyone knows about it, and all you need to do to fix it is uncheck a check box.

once u kill dagoth ur, does Cauis come back or wut cuz he said he would, or is there anymore main quest or does it just end there??? The reason for me askin is cuz i want to kill divyth fyr so i can get his armor. then ill have every deadric item except the tower sheild. i would get it from mistress therana but i cant cuz i joined house hlaalu. also where can i find the weakness to disease potion at?

1. Yes, the Main Quest ends once Dagoth Ur is dead. And no, Caius doesn't come back, unfortunately. There is always the two expansions, Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Tribunal kind of continues on from the original main story in some ways.
2. I suppose you could kill Lord Fyr now that the main quest is ended, but I wouldn't recommend it. Generally speaking, you should never kill NPC's unless it's part of a quest or they're attacking you. Most of the problems people come to forums like this with relate to killing somebody and then discovering that they were part of a quest or something. But if you've cleared the Main Quest and aren't in Telvanni, then you could probably get away with it. But it would be better to try and get the armor some other way.
3. I don't think you can get Weakness to Common Disease potions for sale. Doesn't look like you can make them, either (at least, not according to the (
http://morrowind.melian.cc) Morrowind Alchemy site) Your best bet is to make a spell. Someone in the Caldera Mages Guild sells Weakness to Common Disease, I think. There's a sticky post with all the spell locations. Use a Spellmaker to make a powerful Weakness to Common Disease spell on your self. You'll need to have some skill with Destruction, though.

so if i kill divyth fyr, will it screw up my tribunal or bloodmoon quest? i dont have that version but im told u can load ur old character up to it and itlll run just like the old version.

Yes, Tribunal and Bloodmoon are completely standalone expansions. That is, nothing you do on the main island will affect your Tribunal or Bloodmoon experience. Of course, faction alliences, who loves you, who hates you, etc. - those carry over. But killing an NPC that's important to the main game will in no way affect the expansion packs.
