It does have one downside though :

Whenever something that levitates dies it will first return to ground level and then switch off levitate.
Result : The target lands then sinks below the ground.

Then again it works wonders against melee attackers without any interesting/important items, just don't use it on that guy who carries the item you need for a quest. The best thing is however that Levitate takes precedence over flying (Cliff Racers) and that it can't be resisted :ebil:
