er, quoting her seems to have removed the spoiler tags.
I do keep meaning to read these, honest, but that's just so much on my reading list, who knows if I'll ever get to them.

There's isn't much of a rush, if you know what I mean. Still haven't read A Feast for Crows myself.

Because he didn't want an innocent baby to be killed???? weird i know
The thing is, isn't the other baby likely to get killed? It seems like there was a reason... maybe I just need to go back to SoS and figure it out.

Robert Jordan
Terry Goodkind
George R.R. Martin
Shit or get off the fucking toilet.
I haven't actually read any Jordan (due to warnings), but I'm pretty sure he couldn't write to any sort of conclusion thanks to ho hum fantasy writing extended because he just loves the sound of his own writing.
On the other hand, Martin actually has a set of novels that have a legitimate scope (unlike the stock fantasy novel that pretends it has a large expanse of events by sticking a large map in the opening pages). I can certainly forgive Martin the delay because shit actually happens in his books and everything is tied together across a slew of important characters and events. He really does make a bunch of authors I liked in adolescence (eg Feist) look very amateurish.

We all know that witch is evil (I mean one god, come on), but if I remember right the only character who knew she was evil was Davos.
So yeah, I'd not noticed that before but as far as we know Jon Snow has no idea about her.
Bit of an excuse for Samwell to get laid!!!
Lots seemed to have happened on the wall between ASOS and AFFC which I guess will be cleared up in one of the books to follow, sometime in the latter half of this century.
Second that Shug.
The only reason I get pissed of waiting is because he is just so good and I want to know what's happening to these characters I've built up a relationship with.

No, as it doesn't have royal blood, which would be the point of sacrificing the baby (or Maester Aemon)
Though this is aside from the issue of if it would even work.
