Hi all!
I recently got a 16:10 LG monitor (I just don't prefer 16:9 because I think monitors are not TVs and I also don't like to scroll too much when I'm browsing on the internet.
My question is: How can I play Thief, which resolution should I use with this monitor, and will there be distortion?
I suppose that Thief does not support 16:10. Also, the widescreen patch somehow doesn't work for me.

I have a 22" Samsung, which is 16:10 as well I think. Thief works just fine with the widescreen patch, playing on 1680x1050.

AFAIK, the widescreen patch requires DDFix and a cam.cfg must exist in your game directory.
Also please specify the native resolution of your monitor, it's hard to help you otherwise.

I also have a 22" Samsung 16:10 monitor with a 1680x1050 resolution. The widescreen patch works fine for me.
