1600x1200 not working (fixed!)

Old Nvidia control panel:- nView Display Settings->Device Settings->Device Adjustments->Fixed aspect ratio scaling.

Thanks for that, but it still doesn't work...

When I change the resolution to 800x600 and use fixed aspect ratio (or even no scaling) it still seems to be widescreen.
