actually I expect it to be worth the series, altough I suspect there will be too much action at the cost of stealth. talking about Dishonored, I find the 15 year old TDP still more funny. Dishonored is just a child of thief gone bad. ok, I shall stop with OT.
do you think this petition can actually change things? I hope so, but I doubt.

It won't change anything, but it will send a message that thousands of fans do not support this decision. And this is something that does bother EM, as they will delete any links to the petition on their forums.

Oh, it doesn't matter "so" much. It looks really odd and I forgot why Vae likes to do it. I know we talked about it before but I forgot which thread it's in. Exactly.
As I said in my video on the subject, it's more about demonstrating a financial cost for ignoring the fans than an attempt to strongarm EM into making a change. They need all the positive word-of-mouth they can get, and cutting out one of the finest voice actors in the business and replacing him with just another gruff badass whose performance isn't up to par... it's probably not going to help ameliorate that.
Thief 4 has been a very costly endeavor for Eidos Montréal. 5 years of Triple-A development drains some serious money. The hype isn't really there for the game, yet. E3 was their chance to come out swinging and they wound up with a fairly lackluster showing that didn't kick up much buzz in the press. Not
positive buzz, anyway. Even if you think they did respectably, compared to the way Deus Ex 3 blew everything else away at E3 2010... it's apparent Thief still has some salesmanship to do.
