Is there an item in the game any were that can have a constent effect to increase my magika by at least 14? and if so were is it at. :ebil:

I don't know whether there are any existing items that do that, but I think it should be fairly easy to enchant one - you would need a Fortify Magicka spell ( such as Powerwell ) a Constant Effect level soul, and either a lot of money or very high Enchant skill.

b/c in need 114 magika to cast a spell and my intel. and magika r the same so ill never be able to cast it :ebil:
