Find the Screenshot Enable entry in your Morrowind.ini file and make it equal 1. Then, pressing the print screen button will save screenshots.

It didn't work on mine at first either, Ihad to press the F-key on the top left of my keyboard before the print screen button worked. This confused me 'cause it's a new keyboard and I didn't know what the button was for at first.

After you opened and edited the .ini file, have you remembered to save it? I nearly didn't.
